Patrice is a highly experienced consultant and coach for large corporations, start-ups and other organisations who want to experience healthier, happier, more productive ways of working.
For over 15 years he has adapted and integrated agile methodologies into his consulting and coaching practice, supporting entrepreneurs, managers and leaders to innovate effectively and embark in sustainable agile transformations through strategy, project/product design and delivery.
Patrice thrives on diving into the deep end and immersing himself in the challenges that key stakeholders experience. From this discovery processes, he co-designs tailored approaches and custom roadmaps that give teams and leaders clarity, ownership and frameworks for sustained collaborative effectiveness

I worked with Patrice on the implementation of a strategic connected car program. Running it in scaled agile was a challenge with 4 domains, several vendors and multiple stakeholders … all with very different agile maturities. Patrice supported me as part of the software experts (running SAFe) to build a dedicated team that focused on tools and processes required for planning, integration and validation.
